Risk of capital loss

You may lose all or part of your stake. No return is guaranteed. Only invest amounts you can afford to lose.

Royalties are a share of the business's actual revenue, paid as long as the business takes in money. If the business sells little or ceases activity, you may receive less than your stake, or nothing. A cap limits the maximum amount you can receive: it is a limit, not a promise to reach it.

Your return depends on the success of a physical business, subject to operating uncertainties: local market, management, economic conditions, seasonality. These are not uncertainties that Futur controls.

The investment is not liquid: there is no secondary market to resell your position. Futur offers neither tokenisation, nor a derivative, nor a marketplace for royalties.

The flows are direct between the investor and the owner, within a bilateral contractual framework. Futur connects, verifies and reports; it does not hold your funds and is not a financial intermediary.

Each project is assessed before appearing on the platform. This verification reduces the risk, it does not remove it. A verified project can still fail.

As with any investment, do not concentrate your stake on a single project. Spreading your investment across several businesses reduces the impact of an isolated failure.
