The money never passes through Futur
The flows are direct between the investor and the owner. Futur does not hold your funds: the platform connects, verifies and reports, it is not a financial intermediary.
Who we are
Futur lets a Swiss individual invest, with calm and proof, in a real business in their neighbourhood, and then track that money.
Our conviction
Futur was born from a conviction: the places that shape our lives should not be decided without those who live in them.
As access to creating businesses becomes harder, local initiatives recede and give way to standardised models, often disconnected from the ground. Neighbourhoods lose diversity, identity, human connection. At the same time, residents remain spectators of an environment they should be able to influence.
Futur was created to restore that connection. To reconnect project owners with local populations. To allow businesses that are more anchored, more wanted and more coherent to come to life. To give regions back the ability to take part in their own transformation.
Because a living neighbourhood is not something you endure. It is something you build.
Our role
Futur connects local savings to verified neighbourhood businesses. The platform connects, verifies and reports. It does not hold your funds.
The flows are direct between the investor and the owner. Futur does not hold your funds: the platform connects, verifies and reports, it is not a financial intermediary.
Futur prepares and structures the contracts between you and each owner. An architecture designed to protect both parties, not a mere introduction.
No secondary market for royalties, no tokenisation, no derivative. The model stays what it claims to be: funding a real business and sharing a share of its revenue.
What this changes for you
You deal with the business you fund, in a clear framework, with no intermediary standing between you and your money. Trust is not declared: it is verified project by project.
What sets us apart
Our positioning stands in contrast to classic crowdfunding platforms. We favour geographic anchoring, editorial rigour and contractual transparency.
No start-up, no online project. Only physical businesses, anchored in an identifiable neighbourhood.
Most of a household's spending happens in local businesses. By investing in a business where you will spend anyway, every franc spent feeds your own return.
Each project is assessed against more than a hundred criteria before appearing on the platform: viability, local anchoring, the owner's solidity.
Futur never collects your funds: the contracts are bilateral, the flows direct between you and the owner. The risks are stated clearly. Any investment carries a risk of partial or total loss.
Our commitments
These rules are not marketing promises: they are constraints we impose on ourselves, especially when they are less flattering.
A visible risk notice accompanies every project. It is not a footnote: it is a condition of trust.
During the beta, the figures shown are illustrative and flagged as such. No figure is presented as a fact without a source.
As long as a piece of data is not verified, it is announced as a hypothesis to be validated, never disguised as certainty.

A word from the founder
« I did not want yet another platform trying to seduce. I wanted a sober, verified and local place, where a resident can fund the business they already frequent, and then track that money. Trust is earned slowly. That is what we are building. »
