1. Purpose

These general terms govern access to the Futur. website and the use of its services. By using the website, you accept them.

2. Definitions and roles

Investor: a person who finances a business on the marketplace and receives royalties, that is, a share of the business's revenue.
Project owner: a merchant who submits their project on the platform to be financed.
Backer: a person who contributes funds to the company Futur.

3. Role of Futur (facilitator)

Futur connects, verifies and reports. Futur is not a financial intermediary and never holds your funds: the money never passes through Futur. The flows are direct between the investor and the owner, within a bilateral contractual framework prepared by the platform.

4. Beta phase

The service is in beta. The projects and figures displayed are illustrative and flagged as such. Features may evolve.

5. User account

Access to certain services may require the creation of an account. Where applicable, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the confidentiality of your credentials. [Terms to be completed when accounts are opened.]

6. Risk

Any investment involves a risk of partial or total loss. Royalties are not guaranteed. Before any investment, read the risk information.

The Futur brand, the texts, the visual identity and the elements of the website are protected. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

8. Liability
