Payments are made every quarter, directly from the project owner to you. Futur never touches these flows: your money comes back to you directly.
The commitment runs for 24 to 36 months depending on the project. A secondary transfer mechanism will be available on the platform, allowing you to sell your position to another investor.
The entry ticket starts from CHF 100. There is no maximum ticket, but we recommend not concentrating more than 20 to 25% of your available savings in a single project.
A significant change triggers a new application. If it is approved, you receive a proposal to migrate your funds. If the new project does not suit you, you recover your full stake without delay.
Each project has a maximum window to reach its target, usually 1 to 3 months. If the amount is not reached by the deadline, all funds are returned to you automatically.
As with any investment, there is a risk of partial or total loss. That is why we select each project rigorously and recommend spreading your investment across several shops.
