How we verify a project
Before a business appears on Futur, its file is assessed against more than a hundred objective criteria. Here is what we look at.
A business never appears on Futur without having been assessed. Our verification work exists for a simple reason: trust is not decreed, it is demonstrated project by project.
We first look at the reality of the business. An address, an activity, a named person who carries the project. No start-up, no abstract online project: only physical businesses, anchored in an identifiable neighbourhood.
We then study the viability. The strength of the owner, the local roots, the consistency between the amount sought and the activity, the dynamics of the neighbourhood market. This is fieldwork that few platforms truly carry out.
Finally, we set out the risks clearly, from the outset. Any investment carries a risk of partial or total loss. Our role is not to hide it, but to give you the elements to decide with full knowledge of the facts.
This requirement is slow, and that is intended. A structured decision is worth more than a rushed publication. It is the price of a platform that wants to last.
